We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CUSTOM MUSE CREATIONS LLC.

Return Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods are unused and in resalable condition
  • All original tags and labels are attached

Products that cannot be returned:

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Custom or personalized wood cutouts
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return Process
  1. Contact us at contact@custommusecreations.com to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization number
  4. Package the items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the items to the provided return address
  6. Once received, we will inspect the items and process your refund

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the refund for the returned item once it's received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@custommusecreations.com. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned within the 30-day return period, but may be subject to different refund conditions. Custom sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the gift giver's information (name and email) so we can process the return appropriately. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
