We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CUSTOM MUSE CREATIONS LLC.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the refund for the returned item once it's received.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Sale items can be returned within the 30-day return period, but may be subject to different refund conditions. Custom sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you received a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the gift giver's information (name and email) so we can process the return appropriately. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
